Honor Brick Purchase Online

If you wish to purchase only one or two different Military Honor Bricks, proceed to the form below.

If you wish to purchase more than two different Military Honor Bricks at one time, to receive the discounted price of $100.00 each, you will need to mail a completed form for each individual being honored, along with a check for the total number of bricks you wish to purchase. You can access and print blank PDF's of the forms at this link.

You may also come by the office at City Hall, located at 122 N Main St, Monday thru Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM CST, to purchase the Honor Bricks in person and pay with cash, check or credit card.
