The McClain County IRIS System allows City of Blanchard Emergency Management to disseminate any time-sensitive message to every TELEPHONE NUMBER stored in the City of Blanchard's emergency notification data-base.  You have the option of signing up for your home phone as well as your cell phone by calling City Hall at (405) 485-9392.  All calls will show a caller ID from Sugarland, TX.  Please do not ignore these important calls. 

STORM SHELTER REGISTRATION 

We are attempting to receive information on shelters.  We are asking everyone with safe rooms, tornado shelters, etc. to please contact the emergency manager to register by calling 405-485-9391. 

 This information will be used in case of emergencies where shelters would be utilized.  The importance of this information is so that in the event of an emergency, those with shelters can be located.  Thank you for your time and if you have any questions, please free to contact the emergency manager at the Blanchard Police Department.
